Booking a brand photography session should be something you do with confidence. Before investing, here are a few questions to ask yourself to ensure the images have a long, happy shelf life, helping you grow your business!
Do you have a clear vision for why you’re investing? If not, you should press pause on making plans.
Understanding what you hope to gain from this session will serve you well during the planning process. Having a clear vision of where your business is heading in the next 6-12 months is a great idea.
If you’re only doing the session because you think you should be, you might be disappointed with the outcome when you are trying to figure out what to do with your brand images after the session.
What are your goals for the next year, and how can your brand photographer help you craft a session to help you get there?
A sound vision of who you’re trying to reach is also essential.
Do you have a clear picture of who you’re trying to reach with these images? Do you know who your ideal clients are and what speaks to them?
How can you plan ahead of your session for where you need photos (website header/bio pages/Instagram, etc
Please don’t spend thousands of dollars on new brand imagery just to let them sit in their gallery.
