Just a hop across the water by ferry and you’ll arrive on Daufuskie just off the coast of Hilton Head. The most perfect little getaway for a wedding in the Low-Country (or a quiet vacation). Golf carts will be your main mode of transportation. You can stay in the most quaint little cabin on the marsh or the historic Mansion inside Haig Point. The perfect place to unplug!
Courtney and Chase tied the knot on this sweet little island on the first weekend in October. Some of their dearest friends and family made the trek by boat for a weekend getaway in the Lowcountry. And what a glorious weekend it was!!!

Let’s be honest, Charleston is the place to be if you’re in the mood to be wined and dined.
There are SO many places to choose from and most times you can’t go wrong. But, a favorite so far has been Felix. Possibly one of THE best brunch spots in all of Charleston. Whether you’re looking for creative (and delicious) cocktails (with branded pieces to top them off- all the heart eyes) or one of the most delicious burgers you’ve ever had!
You will absolutely want to add this to your list for your next visit or Sunday brunch!

If I’m being honest, I’m still a little bummed I wasn’t able to sample the yummy cocktails from this shoot. Our little Mav man was worth it, but man oh man, did they look delicious! I’m pretty sure this meal goes down as one of the best brunches I’ve ever had! 1kept, with its cozy atmosphere and signature cocktails, was the perfect setting for a Sunday brunch in downtown Charleston. Here are a few favorites!
